Marthas Delight

Ingredients:	1 oz 151 proof rum
	1 oz amaretto
	2 oz pina colada mix
	1 oz pineapple juice
	3 dashes coconut (shaved or pieces)
	Condensed milk

Directions:	In blender, mix the rum, pina colada mix, pineapple juice, and coconut.
	Add the ice and blend until smooth.
	Dip the rim of the glass in the condensed milk to cover it.
	Pour in the mix in glass.
	Garnish with a cherry.

Serve in:	Hurricane glass
