Upgrade to the latest version of Flash

Please make sure you have the latest version of Flash installed before contacting us regarding problems you are having with one of our Flash games or postcards.

If the first number of the version listed above is less than 8 or if Unable to Detect appears, please upgrade your Flash player. In helping other members, we have discovered that you may need to uninstall your old version of Flash if the new version doesn't take.

If games seem to be getting stuck even after you upgrade to the most recent version of flash (or your high scores aren't showing up), you may need to clear or adjust your disk cache settings. In Explorer click on Tools menu > Internet Options > General tab > Delete Files button. Then click the Settings button and make sure the cache is set to at least 5MB. Hit OK. In Netscape click Edit menu > Preferences > Advanced menu > Cache. Clear both Memory and Disk caches and increase them to 5000KB. Hit OK.

If Things Appear Blurry...

AOL, Earthlink and other ISPs use "web acclerators" which speed up page loading by reducing image quality. If games or images appear blurry, try turning off your web acceleration.

Get Java

Some of our older postcards and games like Bimbo Breakout are java applets. If nothing seems to be loading, download the latest Java software.
